You're crouched inside a wooden hut, squeezed into a corner to minimise yourself as a target. All is silent, save for the sound of your own breathing - a sound you've perhaps never been aware of. You hear yourself swallow as your stomach twists itself into another knot. Your senses are heightened like never before and you hear other noises: as whisper, the slightest of rustles, the cracking of a twig. Your eyes stare, searching the undergrowth. Its still, then suddenly trembles. A menacing masked face stares back. You're hypnotized in its glare. BLAM! The shot whines past your ear and snaps you out of your trance. The butt of your carbine fits snugly into your shoulder as you draw a bead on your assailant WHAM! You squeeze off a round of return fire. You miss, but only just. You've unnerved him and he breaks for cover, diving to his left. For a split second he's fully exposed, but you're ready. BLAM! There is a satisfying thwack and an explosion of vivid colour as your shot finds its target. All players are equipped with the latest easy-to-use semi automatic Paintball guns, biodegradable paintballs, full camouflage coveralls, padded headgear and full face Paintball goggles. Everyone will have a minimum of 5 games – all different, all posing interesting challenges for you and your team.

This superb tailor made Le Mans Team Endurance event runs for approximately two hours, to include: - Race suits, helmets, gloves and a drivers briefing.

The endurance team race involves: - Le Mans running start, full race commentary, on track interviews, pit stops, driver changes and fuel stops. The emphasis is on FUN!!!!!To round off the meeting we provide a selection of trophies and a bottle of bubbly for the winners at the awards presentation

Remember Stuart Hall's original It's A Knockout with Eddie Waring's commentary? Compete using the actual props from the series. We put the girls versus the boys, which adds to the fun!

The It's A Knockout is based about 30 minutes from Bournemouth town centre. The duration of the event is dependant on the number of teams but it could last anything between 1.5 and 3 hours starting at 1pm each Saturday.

All games are scored so that everyone is competing for the coveted prize of a bottle of bubbly. There will be six games in the event. Below are the main combinations that run but these can be subject to change. Magic Carpet Capers, Penguin Pursuit, Schoolboy Holiday, Slippery Slope, Funnel Tunnels, Bomb the Castle.

This is a great way to work up a thirst and have a real laugh and find out if your team is better than Belgium!

Our qualified instructors will take you through a complete range of shots, catering for the complete novice to an experienced shooter.

Blind Driving
Using a 4x4 vehicle, a blindfolded driver negotiates a course while being guided by one of their colleagues. Good communication and bags of trust are required, not to mentioned nerves of steel from the instructor.
Human Table Football
Split into two teams. Human Table Football is a huge inflatable version of the popular pub game. Participants play 5-a-side football in a huge inflatable arena strapped to poles.

A great way to spend a few hours and test your skills on four different levels.

Quads
This is quad biking in its pure form. After a brief introduction and practice, take the quads out into the wild on this trail, where you can really see what the bikes are capable of. Whilst there are quick parts of the course, there are also some very tricky bits and you will have to learn quickly in these beautiful surroundings.

Turn the wheel left and the vehicle goes right and vice versa.
You really will need nerves of steel and fantastic hand eye co-ordination.

This is the ultimate test of skill and endurance. Are you up to it?

This superb water sport activity will really give you a day to remember. Your activity will begin with an on land tuition then everyone will go out into the boat together. Wakeboarding is a popular new water sport, and well recommended, but water skiing and knee boarding are also available. Each group member can choose a different activity. Watch from the boat as each of your mates take to the water
and make a real splash!

This wet and wild half day water sports activity will really get your adrenaline going. Your activity will begin with an on land tuition then everyone will go out into the boat together. Wakeboarding is a popular new water sport, and well recommended, but water skiing and knee boarding are also available. Each group member can choose a different activity. Once everyone has had their chance to really make a wave you will have the option of either dining at a fantastic harbour side restaurant or (weather permitting) a beach BBQ. You will also get a boat tour of the harbour.

The two and a half hour course will be run by a master chocolatier.
The course will teach you the history of chocolate before beginning the pleasurable task of sampling a Chocolate Fountain and the chocolatiers own handmade chocolates!
